Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash on North Central Expressway: Legal Analysis of the Sunday Morning Tragedy in Dallas The North Central Expressway (US-75) is one of the most vital yet dangerous arteries in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. At approximately 3:56 a.m. on a Sunday morning, this high-speed corridor became the site of a devastating two-vehicle collision near North Henderson Avenue that claimed one life and sent four others to the hospital. According to preliminary reports from the Texas Department of Public Safety, a silver pickup truck was traveling northbound when it veered off the road and slammed into a concrete barrier. The force of the impact sent the vehicle back into the active lanes of traffic, where it struck a red pickup truck. The second collision caused the red truck to also crash into the concrete barrier. A female passenger in the silver truck was rushed to a local trauma center but tragically succumbed to her injuries. Three other occupants of the silver truck, including a juvenile, required hospitalization.
